The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a machine shop or a strong background in selling machining services and understands the technical needs of manufacturing clients. This is a dynamic, field-based position ideal for a self-starter who excels at building strong client relationships and isn't afraid to engage prospects through direct outreach.

Candidates with experience in CNC operations, machine shop environments, or sales of industrial parts and services are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business relationships within the manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Visit 2–5 companies per week to introduce our machining capabilities
  • Present machining solutions clearly and confidently to engineers, buyers, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution
  • Follow up on warm leads and perform independent outreach to generate new sales opportunities
  • Travel throughout the region (including occasional cross-border travel); must have a valid driver's license and vehicle

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales or working in a machine shop/CNC environment
  • Passion for sales and building client relationships
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with cold calls, door-to-door visits, and following up with decision-makers
